ArtWalk is a self-guided tour of open artist studios and area exhibitions, a range of public art projects, special events, and extensive local merchant participation. The tour provides a relaxed setting for dialogue, collecting, and for artists to discuss current bodies of work while offering a glimpse into the creation process. ArtWalk now includes additional opportunities and support for public art, sculpture, film, performance, and more work across media.

CALL FOR ARTISTS - REGISTRATION CLOSED

ArtWalk studio tour is open to all artists who have studios, work, or show space in the greater Atlantic Avenue area (see map). Artists who would like to be included in the Art Walk who do not live or work in the immediate area can submit samples of work with their registration. You will be notified regarding availability of space and venue selection by May 12, 2011.

The $20 registraton fee covers your listing in the printed ArtWalk tour map, and inclusion in the online Artist Portfolio. You can submit your registration fee securely online via PayPal or print and mail in your registration materials and a check.

CALL FOR PROJECTS - REGISTRATION CLOSED

We are now accepting submissions for site-specific works, project-based works, performance, installation, or proposals from individual artists and curators to be presented in conjunction with ArtWalk 2011. Locations may include public spaces, participating merchants, local host venues, and vacant spaces depending on availability of the space. Artists working in any media are welcome to submit.

VENUE & MERCHANT REGISTRATION - REGISTRATION CLOSED

Participate in Atlantic Avenue ArtWalk by hosting an in-house event at your store or restaurant, working with artists to hang or install art in your space, offer special weekend discounts and deals to ArtWalk visitors, and more. You will be included on the ArtWalk tour map (if you register before April 15) and online materials.
